If you want to improve at anything you have to practice. Happiness is no different. It’s time to think about mental health the same way we think about physical health.

Over the last two years, I developed the mindwrite journal by reading everything I could find on happiness, gathering the actionable steps that have been proven to increase it and putting them into a morning routine that takes less than 20 minutes.

This has had a profound effect on my life and I hope it can do the same for you.
